Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Vodka
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) White Rum
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Gin
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Tequila
• 1/2 oz (15 ml) Triple Sec (orange liqueur)
• 1 oz (30 ml) Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
• 1 oz (30 ml) Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
• Splash Cola (for color and slight flavor)
• Ice (enough to fill a glass)
• Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Fill a highball glass or tall glass with ice.
2. Pour the vodka, rum, gin, tequila, and triple sec over the ice.
3. Add the lemon juice and simple syrup.
4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
5. Top with a splash of cola, just enough to give the drink its signature “iced tea” color.
6. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!

Tips:

You can adjust the sweetness by tweaking the amount of simple syrup.

For a slightly less potent version, reduce each spirit to 1/4 oz and increase the cola.
